T-Shirt Order Form

Fill out the information in the form to the right to begin the process of ordering your studio t-shirt.

You MUST include both your size and color of shirt.

The cost is $30 per shirt total and includes the design cost, tax, and shipping, so $30 out the door.

The shirts will be shipped to the studio so you will pick them up there once they arrive. An estimated date of arrival will be available after the actual order has been placed.

We have to have a minimum number or shirts ordered before we can have them made so do not send any money yet. Once we have a minimum number of shirts requested then we will begin taking payments for them via cash or Venmo (same as your monthly memberships… do NOT click the button to “Turn on for purchases”)
